We already have a storage system. Is it worth switching?

What changes compared to a traditional DMS?

We don't need AI. Does the platform still make sense?
Yes. AI is optional and configurable: the administrator decides when to activate it and on which documents. Even without AI, the client benefits from document governance, granular access control, and full traceability.

How does Athena protect information?

Does the AI access sensitive documents without control?
No. The AI is configurable: the administrator defines which document types are analyzed and which instructions it follows. Documents outside that scope aren't processed.

How does billing work?
A SaaS model with flexibility: billing per user, document volume, environment, or organizational unit. Monthly, annual, or one-time deployment. We size it based on the real operation.

Yes. The plan structure was designed exactly for that. Many clients start with Starter or Professional and migrate to Corporate or Enterprise as volume and maturity justify it.
We don't have a team to manage a platform like this.
