A Word from Central IT's President

It is the duty of employees and partners to preserve confidentiality of information to guarantee secrecy when necessary, integrity so that information is always correct, and availability so that whenever a user needs information, systems are in perfect condition to meet their needs.

To that end, Central IT invests in and provides resources, corporate governance, solutions and technology standards in order to increase and improve the individual and collective productivity of its employees. This guideline was developed with the goal of ensuring information security and the protection of personal data, and meets the prerequisites for the correct use of Central IT's computing resources.

I count on the participation of all our employees in preserving and disseminating the guidelines contained in this document, so that we can deliver ever greater reliability and credibility to our clients.

Carlos Freitas, President of Central IT.

Information Security Policy

Exponential efficiency that
impacts the business.

Central IT establishes a comprehensive information security management policy, outlining responsibilities, standards and procedures to mitigate risks related to data security. We recognize that information ownership is a significant business opportunity, and we therefore value and protect our information assets appropriately.

Our policy is periodically reviewed and aligned with industry best practices, including standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ensuring that all employees, partners and suppliers act within the security standards established by the organization.

Information security is therefore responsible for preserving the following aspects:

  • a)
Confidentiality: Ensures that information remains accessible only to those who are duly authorized.
  • b)
Integrity: Protects the accuracy and completeness of information and its processing methods.
  • c)
Availability: Ensures that authorized users have access to information and associated assets whenever needed.
