Frequently asked questions

Common questions about CITSmart Contratos.

Does the product cover only public contracts, or private ones too?

Both. Private organizations use the product for contracts with suppliers, service providers and business partners. The public compliance module is optional for those who need alignment with Law No. 14,133/2021.

How does integration with payment systems work?

The financial module records commitments, payments and receipts linked to the contract. Integration with ERPs and financial systems is done via API, keeping the data consolidated in CITSmart Contratos.

Is it possible to manage multiple contracts with the same supplier?

Yes. The supplier record centralizes all contracts, documents, performance history and contacts, with a consolidated view by supplier and by individual contract.

How do expiration alerts work?

The system sends automatic notifications to managers and inspectors before contracts, obligations and documents expire. Notice periods are configurable by contract type.
