Does Agility replace ITSM or complement it?
It complements it. CITSmart ITSM manages incidents, changes and assets; Agility organizes development and project work. The two integrate natively on the CITSmart platform.
Do we need to adopt full SAFe from the start?
No. You start with simple Kanban and add PI Planning, ARTs and portfolio at the pace the organization is ready for. There's no obligation to adopt the full framework right away.
Is it possible to migrate tasks from other tools?
Yes. Agility accepts backlog import via spreadsheet and offers workspace templates to speed up initial setup with no loss of history.
How does access control work?
Authentication is centralized via Keycloak, the same IdP used across the CITSmart platform. Access profiles are defined by workspace, board and field, including masking of sensitive information.
Does Agility integrate with strategic planning (PDTIC)?
Yes. Agility integrates with CITSmart's PDTIC module: actions, projects and tasks are linked to institutional strategic objectives, with automatic real-time status and completion-percentage updates. It's what connects day-to-day execution to IT strategy.
