Novo Desenrola Brasil – Famílias is the Federal Government program, coordinated by the Ministry of Finance, to help families earning up to five minimum wages renegotiate overdue debts. Part of the program was a simulator where citizens could calculate, before approaching the bank, the renegotiation terms for debts such as credit cards, overdrafts and personal loans.
The deadline to bring the system into production was tight. Central IT, working alongside the technical teams of the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), prepared the infrastructure, published the application and validated the environment's security. The Novo Desenrola Brasil – Famílias Simulator went live in May 2026, and the Ministry of Finance recorded in an official letter its thanks to the MGI teams for meeting the deadline.

Challenges
A debt-renegotiation program depends on citizens understanding, before going to the bank, how much they'll pay. That's why Novo Desenrola Brasil – Famílias called for a simulator that calculates renegotiation terms for debts like credit cards, overdrafts and personal loans, factoring in time overdue and the program's minimum discounts.
The challenge was the calendar. The system had to go into production on a tight deadline, in a critical government environment, open to the whole country, with no room for a security failure on launch day. Preparing the infrastructure, publishing with control and validating the environment all had to fit inside the same timeline as development.
Solution
The Central IT team created and configured the project on the production Rancher environment on AWS, preparing the infrastructure the application would run on, and integrated it with the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline. With that, deployment became secure and controlled, following the same path with every new version.
With the application deployed, the team configured the DNS entry for simuladordesenrola.fazenda.gov.br and parameterized the Ingress Controller, ensuring correct traffic routing and making the portal available to anyone accessing it.
Once publishing was complete, N3 specialists ran the post-deployment technical validations: vulnerability testing, security checks and compliance analysis of the infrastructure and the application. The goal was to guarantee the integrity, availability and protection of the environment, following information-security best practices for operating critical environments.
